The Story
The Doctor takes Lucie to Indigo 3, a planet of perfect blue symmetry, to see the Sanctuary of Imperfect Symmetry. But the Sanctuary is not a safe place to be - its under siege, and, inside the Sanctuary itself, lies the new hall. Inside the new hall is a healing pool that conceals Crocodiles from the long-lost planet of Sobek.

The Abbot wants to keep the terror that lies inside a secret. The army, led by a mercenary named Dannahill, laying siege to the Sanctuary wants to take the skull that they believe is inside. A showdown between The Old Prince of Sobek and the revolutionist General Snabb is in the offering. The Doctor, Lucie, and the sanctuary are all caught helpless in the middle.

Editor's Review
The Skull of Sobek is a strange story to say the least. It begins pretty ordinarily with the Doctor and Lucie uncovering a conspiracy inside the sanctuary. The oddities begin about half way through when Lucie is possessed by the skull of Sobek. Sheridan dons a croaky voice to play the possessed champion of The Old Prince, which ends up sounding quite funny, simply because it sounds so bad!

Despite the strange plot, the acting is superb. Art Malik and Barbara Flynn play their monastic parts really well and make the plot believable - despite its surrealism. On an even brighter note, the download version includes the extras present on the CD version, including the trailer for Grand Theft Cosmos - which sounds spectacular!
